How to start a return

Email us at redzone.store@outlook.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, your request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date. Items should be in usable, undamaged condition. This guarantee covers change-of-mind returns as well as products that did not work out for you.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at redzone.store@outlook.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.

Refunds
