Red Light Therapy Eye Patches
Late nights, endless screens, early alarms - it all shows up under your eyes first.
These are your 10-minute reset. Slip them on with your coffee, scroll your phone, and let warm red light and gentle massage do the work while you do nothing.
What it does
- Red light and gentle warming across the under-eye area.
- Soft vibration massage to relax tired eyes after a long day of screens or driving.
- Cordless and rechargeable - desk, couch, hotel or plane.
- Contoured hands-free fit so they stay put while you do something else.
One thing we'll be straight about: the manufacturer doesn't publish a wavelength figure for these. Our heating pad and face mask both state theirs on their pages. If that detail matters to you, buy one of those instead - we'd rather tell you than pretend.
How to use them
Clean, dry skin with makeup removed. Sit them under your eyes, close your eyes, and let the 10 minutes run. Once a day is plenty. More isn't better, and this is the most delicate skin on your face.
What to expect
The warmth and the massage you'll notice immediately. Anything past that is cumulative rather than instant, so judge it around the 8 to 12 week mark, not the first week.
We're not going to tell you what it will do for you. Research into red light is active and still developing, and honest answers vary from person to person. The 60 days are there so you can find out for yourself.
Who should skip this
- Keep your eyes closed for the whole session. Never look directly into the light.
- If you have any eye condition - glaucoma, retinal problems, recent eye surgery - talk to your ophthalmologist before using anything that puts light near your eyes.
- Anyone on a medication that causes light sensitivity. Ask your pharmacist.
- If you have photosensitive epilepsy, avoid LED devices unless your doctor clears it.
- If you're pregnant, check with your doctor first.
- Stop if you get irritation, stinging or lasting redness.
This is a wellness device. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. Persistent dark circles or puffiness can have medical causes worth getting looked at.
